This work examines the features and specifics of the organization of educational work in a rural school. It analyzes the factors that determine the content and priorities of the educational process in rural areas, such as sociocultural traditions, demographic characteristics, the level of infrastructure development, and the availability of resources. The main areas of educational activities are identified, and attention is focused on the formation of citizenship, patriotism, moral values, hard work, environmental culture, and a healthy lifestyle among rural schoolchildren. The importance of preserving and developing cultural heritage, supporting local traditions and customs, and strengthening the connection between the school and the family and the local community is emphasized. The article substantiates the role of a teacher as a key figure in the organization of the educational process, and emphasizes the importance of their professional competence, deep knowledge of the specifics of the village, and the ability to take into account the individual characteristics of each student.
