Abstract This article explores the texts of Uzbek oral folklore as a linguacultural code that preserves and transmits the system of national and universal values. Employing ethnolinguistic and conceptual analysis methods, the study maps the semantic fields and linguistic manifestations of dominant concepts within folklore discourse, such as honor (or-nomus), hospitality (mehmondorchilik), discretion/modesty (andisha), and loyalty (vafodorlik). The unique nature of the Uzbek conceptosphere is evaluated through the prism of national mentality, mythological worldview, and social conventions, highlighting the function of linguistic units in structuring cultural memory. Keywords: linguistic folkloristics, conceptosphere, linguaculturology, national values, cultural code, ethnolinguistic thinking, Uzbek mentality, conceptual analysis.
