Maqolada XX asrning ilk yarmida Quvasoy sanoatida mahalliy kooperativ korxona sifatida faoliyat ko‘rsatgan “Ganch” artelining o‘rni va uning tugatilishiga olib kelgan omillar arxiv hujjatlari asosida o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot Farg‘ona viloyati davlat arxivida saqlanayotgan hujjatlarga tayanib, manbashunoslik va tarixiy-tahliliy usullar orqali artelning tashkil etilishi, ishlab chiqarish quvvati, texnik jihozlanishi va moliyaviy holati tahlil qilinadi. “Ganch” artelining mahalliy xomashyo bazasiga tayangan holda Quvasoy sanoat infratuzilmasining shakllanishida muhim boshlang‘ich bo‘g‘in bo‘lgani va urushdan keyingi resurs va boshqaruv muammolari tufayli faoliyati tugatilgani ko‘rsatiladi. Maqola Quvasoy sanoatida kichik kooperativdan markazlashgan sanoat tizimiga o‘tish jarayonini ochib beradi.
THE ROLE OF THE “GANCH” ARTEL IN THE FORMATION OF KUVASAY’S INDUSTRY (BASED ON ARCHIVAL SOURCES)
This article examines, on the basis of archival documents, the role of the “Ganch” artel, which operated as a local cooperative enterprise in the industrial sector of Kuvasay during the first half of the twentieth century, as well as the factors that led to its liquidation. The study is based on documents preserved in the State Archive of Fergana Region. Using source-critical and historical-analytical methods, the research analyzes the establishment of the artel, its production capacity, technical equipment, and financial condition. The findings demonstrate that the “Ganch” artel, relying on local raw materials, served as an important initial component in the formation of Kuvasay’s industrial infrastructure, while its activities ceased due to resource shortages and management problems in the post-war period. The article reveals the process of transition in Kuvasay’s industry from a small-scale cooperative enterprise to a centralized industrial system.
